SMARTWINGS CADET PROGRAM
"The F AIR flight training center in collaboration with the SMARTWINGS airline is launching a brand new CADET PROGRAM.
This program is designed for individuals who are interested in obtaining a professional pilot's license and job opportunities with the SMARTWINGS airline.
The goal of this program is to provide efficient and highly-qualified ATPL(A) training, including specific knowledge and skills necessary for seamless integration into the SMARTWINGS airline."

Due to high demand from prospective cadets, we are opening additional options for Smartwings Cadet Pilot training. After consultation with Smartwings, we are opening also ATPL(A) modular training for those who already have previous flight experience.
ATPL(A) Integrated Course 15 months program

This program is intended for applicants with minimum PPL (A) licence and EASA ATPL theory in progress or completed, joining this program is based on individual accomplishments.
The Cadet program starts with the selection of suitable candidates.
The training then begins with theoretical instruction, which then runs parallel with practical flight training in the integrated ATPL course. During the training, students take ATPL theoretical exams gradually and finally, at the end of the training, practical CPL/IR/MEP exams in the aircraft.
The training is completed by obtaining a commercial pilot license CPL(A) with MEP/IR(A) qualifications and ATPL(A) theory (ATPL(A) frozen), AUPRT, and MCC certificates.
The training takes place in accordance with the operational requirements of Smartwings and under the supervision of a professional guarantee and instructors approved by Smartwings, who also directly participate in the program.
Participants in this program receive a guarantee of invitation to the selection process for the First Officer position upon completion of ATPL training.
An additional part of the program is:

MCC (multi-crew cooperation training) on the Boeing 737 simulator.

Coordination of the dates for final exams with the UCL.

Preparation for the selection process for the F/O position at Smartwings.

Additional professional preparation:
-
Observer flights in the cockpit of SMARTWINGS aircraft.

Excursions in various types of operation (planning, operational department, aircraft maintenance and service, etc.).

Professional excursions (R&R and Prague Airport workstations - handling, check-in, cargo, baggage management, etc.)
-
Professional lessons and presentations led by significant figures from the aviation industry.

Method of financing:
The participant pays for the entire cost of the training. Financing of the training can be realized with the help of a product from Komerční banka for Czech and Slovak participants.
Payment of the training fee is made in 7 installments spread throughout its course.
This program does not include type qualification on the Boeing 737.
